Registration

To enroll your child, simply complete and return the registration, the immunization and the Emergency Consent form together with a $100 non-refundable registration fee. Forms can be downloaded in the section below or picked up from the school between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. We accept applications throughout the year as long as space is available.
